End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where required by law.
• Rent, lease, resell, or distribute the Software to others.
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws.

3. License Validation

The Software includes a license verification system that communicates with our licensing provider, Lemon Squeezy, to confirm your license status.

For this purpose, the Software generates a unique machine fingerprint derived from certain hardware and system attributes of your device. This fingerprint is hashed locally before being transmitted and does not include raw hardware details.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with us.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

We may terminate it immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
