Recover your Pixu license key

Need to recover your license?
If you've purchased Pixu and need to activate it on a new device, after formatting your computer, or after uninstalling and reinstalling Pixu, your previous license key may show as "already activated."
This is normal - each license has a limited number of activations for security purposes.
How to recover your license:
- Send an email to licenses@getpixu.com
- Include the email address you used to purchase Pixu
- Include the valid license key you received
- Briefly explain your situation (new PC, reinstall, etc.)
- We'll send you a fresh license key within 24 hours
