License Recovery

Recover your Pixu license key

We're working on automatic license recovery

This feature will be available soon. For now, please follow the manual process below.

Need to recover your license?

If you've purchased Pixu and need to activate it on a new device, after formatting your computer, or after uninstalling and reinstalling Pixu, your previous license key may show as "already activated."

This is normal - each license has a limited number of activations for security purposes.

How to recover your license:

  1. Send an email to licenses@getpixu.com
  2. Include the email address you used to purchase Pixu
  3. Include the valid license key you received
  4. Briefly explain your situation (new PC, reinstall, etc.)
  5. We'll send you a fresh license key within 24 hours
